″We pride our selves in winning cases of our clients and playing to win each and every time. We charge a very modest and reasonable fee from our clients for the stupendous work and results we provide them. We ensure our fee is not bordering on EXTORTION like some of the Corporate Firms.

Thus in light of thie same‚ we DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUESTS WHATSOEVER ON FEE DISCOUNTS OR RELAXATION.

Please dont embarrass your self and us by making any such requests. Thank You.

FEE STRUCTURE

Fees of Mr. Anupam Tripathi

HEARING FEE: 

• Rs.75‚ 000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Rupees only) per hearing in Supreme Court of India.

* Rs. 55.000/- ( Fifty Five Thousand Rupees only) per hearing in Delhi High Court‚ Allahabad High Court‚ Uttarakhand High Court‚ Punjab & Haryana High Court‚ Calcuttta High Court and any other High Court.

• Rs.30‚ 000/- (Thirty  Thousand Rupees only) per hearing in ITAT, NCDRC‚ Settlement Commission‚ CAT‚ Competition Commission.

•Rs.15‚ 000/- (Fifteen Thousand Rupees only) per hearing in District Courts of Delhi & NCR‚ Other district Courts of States‚ SCDRC’s‚ District Forums etc.

APPEARANCE FEE:-

• 50% of the above noted fee. (Applicable in all cases where hearing does not take place for whatever reason beyond the control of the Firm)

CONSULTATION FEE:-

• Rs. 15‚000/- (Fifteen Thousand Rupees only) per hour (With minimum fee chargeable Rs.5,000/- for 20 minutes consultation)

DRAFTING FEE:-

Fees of Mr. Prakash Chandra

CONSULTATION FEE:-

• Rs. 90,000/- (Ninety Thousand Rupees only) per hour  (With minimum fee chargeable Rs.50,000/- for 30 minutes consultation)

MEMO OF OPINIONS:-

• Rs. 2,25,000/- (Two Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) per opinion. This is the base fee. In case of detailed opinions running into many pages, the fee can shall and will be higher. 

PRE DECIDED LUMP SUM FEE IN CASES WHERE CLIENT WISHES TO ENGAGE THE FIRM NOT ON

HEARING FEE/ CONSULTATION FEE/ DRAFTING FEE BASIS:

Minimum Fee/ Base Fee: Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh only) payable upfront followed by Rs. 5000/- payable per month thereafter till conclusion of case.

COSTS:  All costs are separate based on actual out of pocket expenses unless otherwise mentioned in the contract which include among other costs, Stamp Fees, Court fees, Notary charges, Attestation charges, Conveyance, printing, stationery, typing costs, air tickets costs (applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR), hotel stay costs (applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR) etc.

*** The above fee is likely to undergo a change Half/ Yearly at the sole discretion of the Firm.

*** All payments are required to be made in favor of (The Practice) or (Anupam Tripathi)

The said payment could be made by transferring the sum online in favour of THE PRACTICE in HDFC Bank Current Account No. 02932000003611, IFSC no. HDFC0000293 at 10 LSC-B Block‚ Mayur Vihar, Phase 2, Delhi -110091 or vide a local cheque drawn in favour of The Practice and sent by courier or registered post at above mentioned address. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OVER Rs. 20,000 even as consultation fee.
